We are a small architectural and structural design consultancy based in Darlington, offering a range of services, from loft conversions and refurbishments, extensions, etc to new build developments.
We focus on small to medium size residential and commercial projects in London and the Home Counties as well as the North East region including North Yorkshire, Durham, Cleveland, Tyneside Areas and Northumberland.
We provide a fast, friendly and competitive service dealing with all manners of commercial and residential building design and building construction. Ranging from a simple opening in a wall to major structural alterations, our services include: planning approval, building control approval, refurbishments, loft conversions, extensions and new build developments.
The office organisation is computer based with all documents word processed, final drawings produced using the latest version of Autocad and more complicated analysis provided by the latest version of QTS and Tedds Calculations Software.
